      It is our pleasure to contact you regarding the exceptional service of Jim Waldron.  My husband and I purchased two vehicles from him recently and were very impressed with his "no pressure" sales attitude.  When we informed Jim of our needs, he was quick to offer us suitable vehicle options.  My husband and I were particularly impressed with the fact that Jim offered us a used truck.  It was exactly what we were looking for but at other dealerships, we have always been pushed towards the new trucks.  This immediately encouraged us to trust Jim.

     When my husband and I purchased our vehicles, we left them at your dealership to be picked up the following weekend.  Jim actually phoned us at home that week, before we had even received our vehicles, to make sure we were happy with everything.  And we were!  Jim went out of his way to make sure that the purchase of our new vehicles went smoothly.  But it wasn't just Jim, the entire Nanaimo Chrysler team went out of their way to make us happy customers.  From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness.  Leslie helped us find out more information online about our vehicles, and brought us lunch, Doug helped us get approved for financing at a fantastic rate, and even the insurance lady was efficient and friendly.  The receptionist and sales staff were also helpful and friendly.  We could not have asked for a better dealership or a better salesperson to purchase our new vehicles from.

1) Several months ago we started looking for a new 4 wheel-drive vehicle to purchase. We knew what we wanted but we weren’t sure which manufacturer was going to be able to meet our particular requirements. Your dealership was not the first we went to though! We tried several others where we were treated as imbeciles/the village “idiots”, and at times with rudeness, or my wife’s thoughts and wishes were demeaned and dismissed as being irrelevant.
 
We met your General Sales Manager Mr. Kevin O’Byrne and we have been dealing with him since. Kevin took the time and showed great understanding in explaining the different advantages of one model versus another. He took care to listen to Janet’s requests and made sure her concerns about the new vehicle were addressed and included in the vehicle order. Our new Jeep will be arriving next week and we know that it will perform the tasks we wanted from the vehicle, thanks to Kevin’s attention to us. We have had no qualms recommending him and your dealership on numerous occasions lately.
 
I decided that since I was purchasing a new Jeep from you and the service I had received from your sales personnel was exemplary, I would try your service department to have work completed on my collector car. I am now dealing with Ms. Paula Szabo who schedules the work on my car, arranges for me to be taken to wherever I need to go, keeps me informed of the work progress and has me picked-up and taken back to the service centre to collect my car. The technician takes the time to meet with me to explain the work required and the reasons why and it shows in the quality of work performed. I feel fortunate to have a technician that understand and is helping me achieve my goal for my collector car.
 
Too often people are only too willing to vent their anger and frustration upon those that don’t deserve the abuse, or conversely fail to take the time to show the proper appreciation for the work performed. I think you should be aware of the quality of people that are in your employ and you should know and appreciate the extra lengths they go to with your customers.

 Thanks for your follow up email. Even tho we have a slight bump with the F-150, I feel we will have that issue resolved fast, I want to say how happy we our with our experience at Nanaimo Chrysler.  Her Jeep Liberty has been awesome thus far and we have really enjoyed it.
 The service we got from Don Stewart was amazing. First off he was 1 of only 2 sales people between Courtenay and Ladysmith that bothered to even call us back. This got our attention. As the other sales person was at Hyundai this made it easy for us to shop. The next thing we were impressed by was the availability of Doug Green your sales manager. He wasn't hiding in an office some where, he invited us into to his office and assisted Don on the sale of the 2 vehicles.  Between the two of them they were able to answer any and all questions and concerns that we had. We felt like we were being treated as if we were long time friends at their homes, not at their place of business.
In all our whole experience with Nanaimo Chrysler has been wonderful.
