What Is Customer Choice Financing?
A customer Choice Financing Contract is simply a term loan which matures with a residual balance owing; however, you have three options at the option date:
1. Return the vehicle
2. Payout the Residual Balance
3. Continue Financing the Loan for the Balance of the Amortization at Market Rates
Customer Advantages
1. Allows you to drive a new vehicle more often
2. Allows flexibility to return back your vehicle on the option date
3. Allows you to drive a higher-end model
4. Unlike a lease, you maintain ownership of the vehicle
5. Loan payments continue on if you choose to keep the vehicle, you do not need to reapply for financing
6. The loan can be paid down or completely paid off at anytime without penalty
